Welcome to WonderBlade™. (“our,” “we” or “us”) website, WonderBlade.com (the “Site”). WonderBlade™ and our website is owned by WonderBlade LLC and operated by BizcaBOOM LLC. We provide services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in the agreement (the “Agreement”). When you use any of our services (e.g., Customer Reviews), you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to the Site, and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. We reserve the right to change this Site and these terms and conditions at any time. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on the Site, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this Agreement. 1. Privacy & Security

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
3.2 Prices & Fees
All product prices listed on the Site are exclusive of shipping charges and local sales and use tax and other taxes or fees (where applicable) which will be charged to you separately at the applicable rate on each order. Prices may change at any time, but (other than as set out above) changes shall not affect the orders for which we have sent an Order Confirmation. All amounts are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted on the Site.

3.4 WonderBlade™ Guarantee
Some products on the Site come with the WonderBlade™ Guarantee (the “Guarantee”) and is herein incorporated by reference. To view the Guarantee, click here. The Guarantee can be found in the product description below the star rating and above the product price section of the product webpage. If the product description does not mention the Guarantee on the product webpage, then the product is not subject to abide by the Guarantee and is otherwise subject to the standard Refund & Return Policy, unless mentioned otherwise.
By accessing, browsing, or shopping on the Site, you agree and acknowledge whether or not if a product has the Guarantee.
4. Accounts
When you create an account on the Site, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Site.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Site or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

The Site, including all features and materials, such as the text, logos, software, scripts, data compilations, graphics, photographs, sounds, music, videos, and interactive features provided as part of the Site (collectively, “Content” ), are owned, controlled or licensed by Us and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may only access the Content only as permitted under this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

5.3 Comments, Reviews, & Submissions
Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in this Agreement or on the Site, anything that you submit or post to the Site and/or provide to the Site, including, without limitation, picture, video, ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, “Submissions” ) is and will be treated as non- confidential and nonproprietary (unless such Submission is otherwise subject to our Privacy Policy ), and by submitting or posting, you agree to irrevocably license the entry and all intellectual property ( “IP” ) rights related thereto (excluding the moral rights such as authorship right) to the Company without charge and we shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions.
You hereby grant to Us (and its affiliates, assignees, or survivors in interest) a world-wide, perpetual, warranty-free, irrevocable license to duplicate, use, or incorporate all your Submissions.
You warrant that your Submissions, in whole or in part, are clear and free of any IP right infringement, disputes or third-party claims. We assume no liability for any misuse of copyright or any other rights of third parties by you. You undertake to defend and indemnify the Company against any losses caused due to the use of the Submissions for any purposes.
In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the Site or Apps, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments, and other content that you post on the Site and that use of your reviews, comments, or other content by us will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party.
You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions or content. We may but shall not be obligated to remove or edit any Submissions (including comments or reviews) for any reason.
Please note that you are prohibited from posting images to our Site of yourself, if you are under the age of 18, or of others who are under the age of 18.

Our Site may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Us.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.You acknowledge and agree that We shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party web sites or services.

7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WonderBlade™ and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Site, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of this Agreement, or c) Content posted on the Site.
8. Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall WonderBlade™ nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; (iv) the use of, or the inability to use, products purchased on the Site; and (v) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in effect.
10. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the new terms of this Agreement, you are no longer authorized to use the Site.
