We strive to make our products at the best quality possible, but if you’re not satisfied with your order, we make the return process easy.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges on unused items. We ask customers to place a new order and then return the unwanted items. Please see below.

Returns

We offer a 90 day return policy from the purchase date. Return shipping is free on your 1st return package for any order, any additional returns will have a $9.95 shipping fee attached and will be deducted from your refund.

  • In order for us to process your return, please provide us your full name, email, phone number, and date of purchase 
  • After contacting us, we will email you with your RA# (Return Authorization Number) and further instructions 
  • Returns cannot be processed without a Return Authorization from Us
  • Only items that are “Like New” will be refunded. Products/Items that are decorated, altered, or discolors cannot be returned, unless mentioned otherwise by Us.
  • Combining your shipping time, inspection time, and your bank’s credit processing time it could take 7-21 days to have your refund issued.
  • Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Please note that any import duties or fees associated with international shipping to Canada or other countries on returns or replacement items must be paid by you. This does not apply for customers based in the United States.
